1. Service

HotelSaaS provides hotel management software as a service, including reservations, room management, restaurant, invoicing, and reporting features.

2. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. No payment information is required to start. After the trial ends, a paid subscription is required to continue using the service.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD).
Payments are made via bank transfer or PayPal.
Accounts are activated within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
Fees are non-refundable once the service period has started.

4. Your Data

Your hotel data (guests, reservations, invoices) belongs to you.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
Data is stored securely and backed up regularly.
You can request a full export of your data at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other hotels' data, or use the platform for illegal activities.

6. Availability

We aim for maximum uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

7. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
